The First Temple Dedicated to Saint Gervasios of Patras Consecrated

On Saturday, June 8th 2024, Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Patras consecrated the first temple in honor of the newly-canonized Saint Gervasios Paraskevopoulos of Patras. The temple consecrated is a chapel of the 18th century Church of Saint Athanasios of Alexandria in Chalandritsa. It is located next to the main church and was established by the local pious Christians. This consecration took place just in time for the first feast day celebration of the Saint, which was to take place on June 30th.
